In our latest project with Malta Leona Café, we helped visualize the flavor and strength of the coffee and malt brew in a short, snappy campaign film. Tough, fresh, with simulations as a tool to keep the main focus on the drink itself.

We decided to mix two simulation tools, the one in which the coffee beans intervene with the liquid and the visual concept of the container which is the metal can.
On the first one we designed in drawn lines the direction in which the liquid and the beans should go through the space. And on the second one we built a set with two objects that would transition with masks projected in 2D animation on the UV maps. To have more control over the exposure times of the product.

The way we developed the pipeline allowed us to focus on the materials of each product. Especially the liquid structure in shade and viscosity. We were able to see in an almost final way how they would look in composition.
